Consolidating the Maliyan Way
Two hour consultation sessions
In this stage a dedicated business consultant will support your organisation whilst you implement the knowledge and skills gained from the five previous stages. We are here to guide you in:
- Engaging and collaborating with customers and Communities
- Establishing a Community reference group
- Developing a statement of intent
- Working through Cultural communication strategies and addressing communication challenges
- Working with your staff taking the Maliyan Experience to bring benefits to your organisation
- Reporting on Cultural competence commitments

we offer the first two hours of consultation free
