What works for your organisation? In Stage 5 of your journey we help you embed Cultural knowledge throughout your organisation. Policy, practices, service delivery and behaviours are adapted to fit the Cultural diversity of the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Community engaged.
Your organisation will be given the tools to develop and implement strategies including:
- Establish an Aboriginal Community Reference Group
- Create a Cultural Framework
- Identify the goals of an Aboriginal Employment Strategy
- Continue the Cultural competence journey
